Edna Margaret Willman, 60, of Hyndsville, died at home on July 30, 2006 after a
battle against cancer.
Born in Cobleskill on February 12, 1946, she was the daughter of Ada (Grant) and
Ray Brazie Sr.
She attended Cobleskill Central School and was employed at SUNY Cobleskill for
28 years.
She is survived by her long time companion, Irvin Pickett of Hyndsville; tow older
brothers, Robert Brazie and his wife Betty of Warnerville and Ray Brazie Jr and his
wife Geraldine of Ormond Beach, Florida; three daughters, Cynthia Willman of
East Cobleskill, Dawn Minnich and her husband, Stephen of Fort Plain, and Lori
Willman and her companion, Allen Dibble of East Cobleskill; five grandchildren, Joe
Proctor, Brian Proctor, Paul Minnich, Scott Minnich and Marissa Dibble along with
many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her eldest brother, James Brazie of Prattsville.
A “Gathering for Remembrance” was held at the Cobleskill Veterans Center for
family and friends on Friday, August 4 at noon. A Remembrance Chest will be
present for anyone wishing to leave a small memento of her for eternity.
